The ideal for a vibrant church's leaders is to make our jobs absolute, as there are so many other capable people with their own unique gifts who can help the church flourish. From an "abundance perspective", we can value the skills and talent of all people and beauty is found when we as an older generation (take note I am including myself) become the sages in sharing wisdom, clarity, and spiritual awareness.
